Materials from the 18th Meeting of the EUROSAI IT Working Group

On 23 September a seminar “Implementing Seamless E-Services: Big Challenges and Small Victories” took place and was accessible to all members of the International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI). Participants gained insights into the perspectives of the government, private sector, and supreme audit institutions, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities and challenges associated with digital transformation.

In addition to several presentations, the panel "What are the prerequisites of effective e-services and what does it take to achieve them?" explored key factors for effective e-services.

The panel discussion was moderated by Mr Štefan Kabátek from the Supreme Audit Office of the Czech Republic; panellists Ms Martin Mesršmíd  (Director, Digital and Information Agency, Czech Republic) and Mr Jan Blažek (Chairman of the Board, Bankovní Identita a.s., Czech Republic) engaged in.

24 September was planned for the IT Working Group Business Meeting and was reserved for ITWG members and invited guests only. It focused on sharing updates and fostering collaboration among SAIs within the IT Working Group.
