Summary of the 18th meeting

On September 23, a seminar titled "Implementing Seamless E-Services: Big Challenges and Small Victories" was held, open to all members of the International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI). The seminar provided valuable insights from government, private sector, and supreme audit institutions, offering a comprehensive view of the opportunities and challenges linked to digital transformation.

In addition to various presentations, the panel discussion "What are the prerequisites of effective e-services and what does it take to achieve them?" delved into the key factors for implementing successful e-services.

The discussion was moderated by Mr Štefan Kabátek from the Supreme Audit Office of the Czech Republic, with panellists Mr Martin Mesršmíd (Director, Digital and Information Agency, Czech Republic) and Mr Jan Blažek (Chairman of the Board, Bankovní Identita a.s., Czech Republic) contributing their expertise.

September 24 was reserved for the IT Working Group Business Meeting, which was exclusive to ITWG members and invited guests. The meeting centered on sharing updates and promoting collaboration among SAIs within the IT Working Group.
