Training programme “Introduction to Public Sector IT Audit” fully launched
The Secretariat is happy to announce that in frames of the ITWG Research & Training Hub project, an online, free of charge training programme “Introduction to Public Sector IT Audit” is now fully developed and is open for anyone interested in acquiring basic knowledge about how to approach IT aspects in audit work.
A seven-course programme equivalent to approximately 90 hours of self-paced studying covers topics ranging from IT systems, software and data to IT governance and information security issues, IT procurement, development, operation and application management – all from the viewpoint of the work of Supreme Audit Institutions. A certificate of completion will be issued by the Chair and Secretariat of ITWG to all who successfully pass course tests.
